Super central, modern & bright apartment in Zurich

The beautiful 2-room apartment is located just a few meters from the centrally located Kreuzplatz. It is modern and practically furnished and offers everything necessary for both vacationers and business travelers, such as fast WLAN, workstation with screen, comfortable couch with SmartTV and much more. You are in the middle of the most exclusive district of Zurich - Zurich Seefeld. The lake, Bellevue, Bahnhofstrasse and many other attractions are just a few meters away. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished with high quality furniture. Thanks to high ceilings (3m), large windows and white walls, the apartment is very bright and flooded with daylight. Since the apartment is still relatively new, some decorative elements and the lounge on the balcony are still missing. You can see from the pictures the current status of the room. The living area was divided into 3 parts, a dining and living area, a small office part and a sleeping area with a sperate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher. The dining and living room have a comfortable 3-seater couch and an additional armchair. Directly in front of it on the wall is a new Samsung The Frame Smart-TV installed incl. free Netflix (Please select the user airbnb). The workspace has an electric height adjustable table with Samsung Curved screen (USB-C port) to use and a professional ergodynamic noblechairs, plus an additional height adjustable sit/stand stool. The bedroom is equipped with a 160x180cm queen size double bed, from where you have direct access to the 7.5sqm balcony. In the apartment there is an Apple HomePod (living room) and an Apple HomePod Mini (bedroom). Shopping: Within 20m you will find the biggest Migros of Zurich, a Coop, a Denner and various smaller stores. Breakfast & Brunch: Right next to the house you will find the bakery Steiner, one of the best bakeries in Switzerland. Across the street is the most famous Restaurant for brunch in Zurich - Bohemia. Lunch & Breakfast: There are countless restaurants with cuisines from all countries. It is not worth starting a list here. But of course, I am always available for tips! Trying them out is worthwhile. Shopping facilities: Within 20m you will find the biggest Migros of Zurich, a Coop, a Denner and various smaller stores. Breakfast & Brunch: Right next to the house you will find the bakery Steiner, one of the best bakeries in Switzerland. Across the street you have the most famous brunch restaurant in Zurich - Bohemia. Lunch & Breakfast: There are countless restaurants with cuisines from all countries. It is not worth starting a list here. But of course, I am always available for tips! Paid parking is available nearby on the street, as well as in the in-house parking garage. IMPORTANT to read before booking: 1) This is a privately furnished apartment, so there are private items inside the furniture. Please only use the areas in the closet and other furniture that have been specially cleared for you. 2) All furniture is high quality and expensive. Please handle with care, especially the chairs of the dining table. Nevertheless, if any damage happens, please report it immediately. 5) Samsung TV: Please do not adjust anything and only use the user "airbnb" for Netflix. If you have any questions, you can always contact me. 6) Despite well-insulated windows, you can still hear the tram lines, as they run right next to the building. But this is part of the Seefeld flair :-) 7) NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed in the building and in the apartment. 8) This is a NON-SMOKING apartment. Only non-smokers welcome because it's impossible the get the smell out of the furniture.
