Private en-suite double room in a 1750s cottage on the edge of the the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The room has its own private entrance & outdoor seating area set within large gardens. We are ideally placed for exploring south Devon, located just over 10 minutes from excellent beaches & Dartmoor National Park & 3 mins drive from the nearest town (Modbury) with shops, pubs and takeaways. There is a large private drive with off-road parking for multiple cars. The room includes a kettle, toaster and mini fridge, with complimentary tea and coffee provided. The en-suite has a shower, wash basin and toilet. We are happy to provide recommendations for local attractions, places to eat etc., or can leave you to enjoy the space in peace. A car is essential to be able to get to the house. The nearest town, Modbury, is located approximtely a mile from the house - a 3 minute drive or a 40 minute walk down country lanes. The town has a local supermarket, well stocked shops and several takeaways/pubs. Ermington is a mile in the opposite direction, accessible from the house by car or walking and has a local village shop, pub and bistro/restaurant.
