Kingfisher cabin in secluded Dorset woodland

Reconnect with nature at this lovely secluded spot, surrounded by woodland and forest, this is the perfect getaway from busy city life. The cabin is located within an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to a great range of footpaths, and the Hunters Moon Inn a short walk away. It is also only a 30 minute drive to the Jurassic coast with beaches like Lulworth and Lyme Regis. There are a herd of friendly deer on site that you can be introduced too. We do not allow dogs Private cabin with great amenities including underfloor heating Netflix and all the cooking essentials. It has a great outdoor area which includes a bbq fire pit with logs provided. You will be completely on your own with no neighbours just surrounded by nature. The cabin is large and spacious being 24ft by 10 ft and brand new as it was completed at the end of August 21 Private parking and very private outdoor area in a forest Hosts are a 5 minute walk away if needed. We are happy to allow you to feed our herd of resident fallow deer on site although vegetables only for a very fat and very friendly Sika deer called Henry. Greenfields is set in it’s own woodland so peace and quiet is guaranteed. The general area is very quiet and unspoilt with a very low population of people and if you use any of the lovely nearby footpaths you are unlikely to meet anyone on your walk. A car is fairly essential unless you a very keen walker or cyclist as we are in the sleepy backwaters of Dorset. This means that there is very limited public transport in the general area. However there are many quiet country lanes to cycle down if you bring a bike.. Bring some binoculars as it is a great place for wildlife. . You will hear an array of bird song during the day and most nights you will hear the tawny owls hooting. There are only two cabins set in 65 acres of woodland surrounded by forest. If you have friends you can book both cabins as they are about a five minute walk apart and a 12 minute walk to the Hunters moon pub.
