Amazing view, close to city, safe friendly area.

A private room in an apartment with a great view right near the tram stop, Safe & friendly neighborhood. your room is private for your use only, I will not enter it until after your check out. I sleep in the living room but when I'm not home you can use it, also you can use the balcony. you can use the kitchen and any pot, plate, cup, or silverware you want but please do not forget to wash and clean them after you're done using them. The bathroom is also shared between us. You are more than welcome to use any of the following products for free: Coffee Biscuits, Coffee, Sugar, Tea, Gerba mate Tea, Salt, Pepper, Cooking oil, Toilet paper, Paper towels, Tissue paper, Plastic gloves, Facemasks, AlchoGel, Soap, Dish Soap, Cleaning material. Everything else is for my own private use only. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, thank you. I’m available in case you need assistance or help with anything or if you have any questions.
