Beautifully decorated room, recently renovated. The room is on an upper floor giving guests complete privacy. There is a separate private bathroom next to the room for guests sole use. Continental breakfast will be supplied in the room consisting of various cereals, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt, a morning roll, tea and coffee. In the bathroom we supply plenty towels as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and lots of little extras. There is use if a microwave for guests Cosy comfortable sunny double room with a private bathroom. Tea and coffee and a continental breakfast supplied. We supply a range of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice,a roll, butter and jams. (please inform us if you have any specific dietary needs). Guests are situated on an upper floor away from hosts giving them extra privacy. Ideally situated for sight seeing, walkers, cyclists and people looking to fish the tweed. You can enjoy our stunning scenery. Easy access to the Eildon hills, and 2 mile walk to the beautiful town of Melrose . There you can visit the historic Abbey and enjoy lots of lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants and join The Southern Upland Way walk leading through lots of border towns. You can also join the St Cuthbarts way walk at the back of the house enjoying a lovely stroll along the river tweed. There is a bus stop situated across from our house with services to various different villages and towns and directly to Edinburgh. A short drive away in Tweedbank you will find the train station that travels to Edinburgh Waverly which takes about an hour also stopping at other destinations on the way. Access to double room and a bathroom with complimentary toiletries Any queries you can contact us before arriving by text or on the airbnb site. We will be available if at home when you come to stay or if we out again by site or text Very quiet and relaxed village with beautiful scenery all around. Shop and local pub within 5 minutes walking distance. We will try to be there to greet guests but on occasion we maybe working. We have a key safe, code supplied nearer stay. There are tv/DVD players in each room with a large collection of dvds on the top landing for your use.
