This fabulous property is nestled in a central position in one of Cornwall’s ‘picture postcard’ fishing villages. With a selection of amenities, including a beach and a pub, on your doorstep this really is the perfect location, for truly relaxing. Please note that in high season we only do 7 night stays and we have a Friday to Friday changeover day. With a selection of amenities, including a beach and a pub, on your doorstep this really is the perfect location for a truly relaxing holiday. The rest of the Lizard Peninsula offers some must see destinations such as Lizard Point with its lighthouse, Kynance Cove, Poldhu Cove and Lowland Point, as well as some dramatic cliff-top walks that pass old disused mine works and hidden coves. Close by, the pretty village of Coverack offers outstanding sea views with a quaint harbour setting, shops and a restaurant, and Penzance a wide range of activities from sailing, bowling, laser shooting as well as restaurants, shops and pubs. Other attractions in the area include Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, the Eden Project, the Minack theatre, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Lost Gardens of Heligan and much more. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double on the first floor, and 1 twin and 1 single bedroom, both located on the ground floor. Bathroom: with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: lovely light room with TV/DVD, iPod dock, wi-fi and views over a pretty cobbled lane to the sea in the background. Kitchen area: adjacent to the lounge/diner with electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Outside: shared courtyard area. Amenities: parking permit is provided for the village car park within a 5 minute walk of the property and it is possible to unload luggage outside the property. Bed linen, electric, electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach, pub and village shop all within walking distance.
