Relaxing 1BR/1BA near Chateau Elan/Road Atlanta

Enjoy our peaceful and centrally located place. You’ll have your own private bedroom, leisure room, and bathroom along with your own entrance. Stay in and play pool, putter ball, hang by the fire-pit, or go out to one of the many attractions below. 5 min-Chateau Elan Winery/Road Atlanta Raceway 15-20 min-Topgolf, Mall of Georgia, Coolray Field 25-30 min-Infinite energy center. 40 min-Sanford Stadium About 45-60 min-Truist Park or Mercedes Benz stadium depending on traffic 1 hour-Helen, Ga. Sitting/leisure room, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and back patio are all open to the guest. Katie and I are available if you need us. We like to give our guests privacy but we also welcome conversation when our guests prefer it. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet. Feel free to go for a morning jog or walk your dog. There is also a Dollar General in walking distance to get those last minute items you may have forgotten. We have two dogs that are very friendly. When we have guests, our dogs will either be upstairs with us or crated in the garage. We do not allow them in the Airbnb space, but you may see us taking them out in the mornings and evenings.
