Front sun porch is not finished but can sit out and enjoy the sunset or have your morning coffee. Walking distance to our Walton lighthouse,beach,pub,fire dept,store(Licensed), post office.Like to fish 🎣 5mins local sells fishing gear and bait. The main floor, upstairs , sun porch (isn’t finished yet) but can still enjoy it the basement is separate The basement apartment is a separate Entrance that is not included The cell service isn’t good here but I check my email often all my info is on the fridge so I will help with anything as soon as I can I’ve lived here my whole life raising three boys😊 We love it here. You can walk around the loop it’s 5.6 K roughly you can walk to go fishing, enjoy beach walk and to the lighthouse. We have four wheeling trails skidoo trails. The fire department has entertainment:Bingos once a month, dances and suppers. Drive around driveway
