Peaceful Studio Suite in Nebraska's oldest city

You won't find a more peaceful nights sleep than in this basement studio suite. We're right off the highway for quick access to your favorite Omaha attractions. This space is great for travelers as it's very quiet, provides plenty of room to stretch out, and has a private entrance! This is a studio style private basement guest suite. You'll have a living room, dining area, 3/4 bath, and large bedroom. As this is a studio, there is open entrance between the living room and bedroom. The space is quite large with plenty of room to relax. For longer term stays, we can make a kitchenette with a washer/dryer, full size fridge, and toaster oven available for use. The house is right off of the highway with a 15 minute drive to TD Ameritrade park, the CHI health center, and the famous Henry Doorly Zoo! We are also conveniently located within close (even walking) distance of dozens of restaurants and sports bars! Great for business travelers as the unit is extremely quiet and you can avoid rush hour traffic not staying in West Omaha! If you're looking to lounge around during your downtime, there is a roku to sign into your streaming services. We don't have cable, but local network channels are also available. The suite has a living room, dining room, and bedroom area with a few kitchen amenities such as a coffee bar, microwave, and a mini fridge. You can also relax up on the deck! If you wish to use any of our shared space, or need some additional amenities for a longer stay, let us know and we may be able to accommodate. We live upstairs, so we are readily available if you need anything, or to answer any questions. If you prefer peace and quiet you can go your entire stay without ever seeing us! The basement suite is entirely separated from the rest of the house by a locked door, and it's just two of us upstairs, so it's usually very quiet. The neighborhood is your typical suburban neighborhood. There is a park right down the block, making for a nice area to walk around. We recommend having your own car, or ride sharing to where you need to go. There are some places to eat nearby, which are walk-able (just under a mile), but many of the Omaha attractions are a short 15 min drive from us. A queen size air mattress w/ linens will be provided when there are 3 or more guests on your reservation.
