Get your fitness on in this spacious quiet & cozy home nearby all the amenities. This Airbnb boasts a home gym w/ everything you need for a great workout! Relax in your private bedroom w/ closet & enjoy the private guest bathroom. The guest bedroom also has its own mini fridge / freezer, microwave and smart TV Take a walk or ride on the bikepath nearby. Start your day w/ a coffee, tea, or snackbar. The shared kitchen has pretty much everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal! 5-10 minutes from the Moline Airport! Within a few miles of everything: bars, restaurants, Hy-Vee grocery store, coffee shop, you name it! We recommend Pagalos, Spinners pizza or Legends in Milan, but we have many other recommendations if you're willing to venture more than just a few minutes away. We're right next to the Hennepin Canal bike path!! Bring your bike and/or running shoes and your 4 legged running companion! Close to the interstate 74 and 280 so you can get just about anywhere in the Quad Cities in 20 min or less. Get to downtown Davenport or the District of Rock island in 15 min or less. Quiet neighborhood, you feel sort of "out in the country" without being too far from conveniences. Large fenced in back yard for your pup to run around in without worry. You will have plenty of peace, quiet and privacy with the only noise expected to be in mornings before work and evenings after work. Our space is pet friendly and also very clean! Guests have their own personal fridge and microwave in the room. Our rooms our popular for both short and long terms guests. Our dogs' names are Lila and Dixie, and we have a cat, Murray, both of which are extremely friendly and would love to meet you, but we do not have a problem with keeping the dogs isolated to their own room/out of the common areas during your stay if you wish, and have done this for guests in the past! Our pets are never allowed into the guest room to keep it as clean as possible. Guests have access to the kitchen with our many appliances such as a Keurig, espresso machine, Vitamix blender and more. Guest have access to fridge and freezer is in the garage. Enjoy the spacious guest bathroom, just for guests, directly next to the bedroom. Guests also have access to Living room, washer and dryer in the entryway closet, the backyard, the screened in patio and the heated gym through the garage. We also have a separate living space in the basement, but it is not complete yet. there is a comfy chair down there, great for reading a book, and there is also a computer desk and chair. The level of Interaction is up to you! We would enjoy meeting you and socializing but understand you may be here to escape and get some R&R and we completely respect that and will leave you alone. You can also walk to the bike path and trails from here. Car, bike or foot. Airbnb or Lyft can pick you up from here as well. We prefer to keep the house at around 65 degrees Fahrenheit to save on energy so if that's too cold, you may need to bring long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt.
