You can swim, boat, kayak, fish, clam, paddle board etc right in the comforts of the back yard & then enjoy a hot outdoor shower! The water is surprisingly warm, tranquil and peaceful. We find it is best to go clamming at low tide and then swim activities at high tide. Yes, there is even a boat ramp, mooring and 3 kayaks available for an additional price! This home has enough space to accommodate a large group. The house is over 10,000 square feet, it is a high end, yet very comfortable, clean, modern, home that you and your family will surely enjoy! Details... The house has one master on the main floor with a large closet, private bath with a large jacuzzi tub and a shower with lots of jets and steam. There is even a gas fireplace that you can view from the bedroom or the bathroom. There are 3 large additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all have a private bath, tub/shower. One of the bedrooms is ideal for the kids! It has 2 ship like bunk beds and 2 additional single beds so there's room for 6 kids or we have even had adults stay in that room and say it was very comfortable and "beachlike". The peach room is considered a second master and has a queen size bed, a large window seat with a view of the bay and a large flat screen tv. There is also a tranquil lavender room with an amazing view and a queen size bed. In addition, there is an indoor landing to sit and enjoy the view or step onto the balcony and enjoy the summer breeze and look beyond the bay and see the Cape Cod Canal. There is a large finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a movie room, workout room and lounge area with games to complete this floor. Weddings We also have a vacant lot next to the house which would be a lovely location for a small intimate wedding. A tent would fit perfectly and you would enjoy a lovely water view. We can put together a package to fit your budget! Now let's talk location! The location is awesome! It is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of privacy. This house is located before the Cape bridges so no need to fight the traffic - 30 minutes from Hyannis, 1 hour to Boston. Minutes to public beaches, Water Wizz - Southern New England's largest water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants. Little Harbor beach and golf are minutes away! The Village of Onset celebrates July 4th with a spectacular display of fireworks. You can enjoy an amazing view of the fireworks display while sitting on the deck or on the beach having a bonfire! Additional Times of the Year Fall is a lovely time to visit the Cape. The weather is great, our house is surrounded by trees and you will enjoy a spectacular foliage. Or get your family together and come and stay here for Thanksgiving. We can provide packages that include hot soup & bread upon arrival and an entire Thanksgiving meal. Also, Christmas/New Years weeks are available. We will have the house decorated and ready for you and your family!
