Willow Sett Cottage is the perfect comfortable pad for a couple. You’ll be centrally located in the Hayfield preservation area with easy access to local amenities and spectacular Peak District walks. Our 200 year old one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The spacious bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire. Our cottage is spacious, has plenty of character and offers all the mod coms to make your stay comfortable, including fast fiber broadband. The kitchen boasts a nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with a small frost box, microwave and a gas cooker with four hubs/grill/oven enabling you to prepare full meals. You’ll also find a digital radio and seating is provided outside on the connected scenic balcony or inside with a breakfast bar and stools. A high chair can be added for an infant if required. The living room is spacious , but cosy with a comfortable sofa and reading chair with foot stool, a fire and Smart TV. In the living room cupboard you’ll find a selection of local brochures and leaflets, books and games. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with a king size bed with 100% eco bedding made from recycled plastic bottles - it is really comfy. The bedroom has plenty of storage for you to unpack and relax. We can add a travel cot for infants on request, if you are bringing your little one. The bathroom is also upstairs and has a full size bath with a shower over the bath. The property has a washer dryer, iron and ironing board. You’ll have access to the whole property. I only live 10 minutes away. So if you have a question just get in touch and we can call or pop over We are right in the middle of Hayfield, so you are very close to everything, including: - 4 pubs and a restaurant - 3 cafes - the village store and post office - children’s playground - cricket ground - scenic bridleways and public footpaths Hayfield is a small village, so everything is in walking distance once you are here. You can access bridleways to Kinder Reservoir and Kinder Scout right at the end of the road. Whilst you cannot park directly outside the property, you can unload and then park up on the surrounding roads. We suggest Church Street or Valley Road. We can provide a travel cot if you need one for your baby.
