It's situated in Suna's old town (in Verbania) at 100m from the lake, which you can see from the one of the balconies. There are many amenities in the vicinity such as a bakery/corner shop, a chemists, a newsagent, a tobacconist, a bus stop as well as numerous restaurants and bars. It's ideal for family or a group of friends. The apartment (100 sqm approximately) comprises of a kitchen, a large living area with a lake view balcony, bathroom, entrance with hallway, master bedroom and second bedroom with a double bed (or twin bed upon request). The garden is around 50 sqm. The accommodation has all main appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, oven, microwave and hairdryer), linen, crockery and pots and pans. The entrance to the property is from a gate on number 3 Vicolo Solferino (the small alley next to the beauty shop) which leads to the flat via the garden. Go up the stairs and over the balcony to the front door of the apartment. The neighbourhood is what used to be a old town of fishermen and artisans now mainly dedicated to tourism and eating out and having fun. The main attraction is the promenade on the lake that passes by some very well kept beaches and the numerous restaurants and cocktail bars.
