A detached house of unique architectural style (Mediterranean Chalet), 134 square meters floor area (1443 sq feet), 3 bedrooms, 2 storeys. The house is located in Choristi (or Khoristi), a quiet village between Drama and Kavala, with very good access to the local seaside and mountain destinations. In our space there is an internal staircase, which leads to the upper floor where the 3 bedrooms and the second bathroom are located. The furniture is neoclassical style that combines beautifully with the functional and stylish fireplace. The wooden roof gives a unique atmosphere in the bedrooms. There is also the possibility to use an Espresso machine (Delonghi Magnifica), which provides freshly ground, top-quality coffee. There is direct access to the outdoor area / garden. Your host welcomes you and can be contacted directly. Choristi (or Khoristi) is a village with a great cultural and musical tradition. One of the highlights of this tradition are a number of events culminating in the winter Carnival Parade. During the year there are a number notable events in the wider region of Drama. The Drama Short Film Festival is held at the end of September, next to the wonderful urban park and springs of Agia Varvara in the center of Drama. "Oneiroupolis" is one of the most popular Christmas destinations in the region, just 10 minutes away (4 December - 7 January). The region around Drama has been improving production of quality wines that are now well know in Greece. Some of the best wineries (e.g. Lazaridis, Pavlidis, and Techni Alipias) in the area are within 15 minutes drive.
