The Gaarden Flat Fremantle Area

Due to the Covid - 19 situation we are unable to offer the flat for Quarantine Purposes as we also look after elderly family members. Close to the beautiful Manning Park, Woodman Point Recreation Reserve ,Coogee and South beaches and the tourist city of Fremantle. You’ll love our place because of its cosiness, bright sunlit interior, wooden flooring, high ceilings, modern kitchen facilities and the lush outdoor patio and garden areas. Our two storey dwelling has a small balcony for views across the ridge land and the huge Jasmine vine from above which is deliciously sweet when in flower October to November. You are welcome use the lower end of the garden to relax and rest. Seasonal herbs may be taken from the garden to complement your cooking. Per speaks Swedish fluently, and a small amount of Germans and French. We both have a extensive knowledge of the area and whats on offer to assist your visit. There is a comprehensive information file available for your convenience. The flat is about 5 minutes walking distance from Manning Park, which has a lake and beautiful park-lands. Cycle paths, children's playgrounds and the very interesting local Azelia Lee Museum which is open on Sundays. Walking up on the ridge land behind the park offers spectacular ocean views of Cockburn Sound and Garden Island. Seasonal event here include the October Spring Fair and evening movie showings during February. Woodman Point Nature reserve and Coogee beach offer, beautiful beaches for swimming and fishing, and on windy days is a kite surfers paradise. Walking and cycling along the pathways to Woodman Point or in to Fremantle is a favourite pastime of ours. The local Phoenix Shopping Centre is 5 minutes walk away and is open 7 days a week. The City of Fremantle and all it has to offer is just 10 minutes in the car. Cockburn Central Railway station and bus port is about 15 minutes by car. Fremantle Central is about $10 in an Uber. We have two bicycles available to use during your stay.
