TV, washing machine, cooker, fridge, dishes. House is located close to the river and sea. The sea is about 15 minutes walk. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. With nice garden. Gusts with children are welcome. Baby cot available on request. Owners of the house might spend some time in second floor of the house, which has a separate entrance, but they wont disturb guests. Although any help or advise about location, transport, shops etc. is always aviable Beach and city center is about 15 minutes walk. Bus and train station are about 10-15 minute walk. The price doesn't include a price for electricity. It will be charged extra depending on how much you will spend it according to electricity meter.
