Our spacious two story condominium is a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars in Fisherman's Village. Private Parking, 50m Pool. Onsite car and scooter rental. FREE: Water. Pickup at airport/ferry. Property manager on call 24 hours. Beach towels and snorkeling gear provided. Kindly note that the electricity consumption is not included: this will be charged 7 THB per unit. The apartment is in an exclusive development of eight luxury holiday homes set in a private and secluded area. I am lucky to have 3 properties within this development. It has two bedrooms on the second floor both of which have an en-suite bathroom and shower facilities. We also have a cot in one of the bedrooms. The third bed is a fold-away single bed and can be moved anywhere in the condo. There is also a third bathroom on the ground floor. It is fully furnished using local contemporary furniture and art work. There is also a small back patio. Private assigned parking space for car or scooter. Cleaning @ 600 per cleaning available on request You will have full use of the 15 meter swimming pool and have two private sun beds. As much as I would like to meet all my guests, I am not always on the island due to work obligations. However, you will be met personally by my property manager Loicq, who will meet you on arrival and transport you back to our unit. He will then answer any questions you may have after he has checked you in and shown you everything you need to know about the apartment. You can also contact him during your stay if you need help with anything. My neighborhood is the best because it is just off the beaten path yet within a 10 minute walk of the trendy 'Fisherman's Village' and the beach. The local shop is within two minutes walk and it sells drinks and snacks. There is a large local fresh market open daily just as you turn off the main 'Ring Road' onto Soi Sunday. It's a five minute walk. See if you can find the small delicious Italian place, back left side. Sundays Resort, three minutes walk up the hill serves a simple breakfast. I have two private parking spaces and I keep two scooters that are available for you to use. The cost is $7 per day per scooter. If you would like to rent a car please let me know and it will be waiting for you at my condo when you arrive. The cost is approx. 40$ per day. Scooters are available, but I advise that they should be used only by experience driver. Cars are much safer, and have A/C. There are several other means of transportation during your stay in Koh Samui. There is the local 'Tuk Tuk' service which is basically a fleet of motorised pick up trucks or rickshaws. These drive randomly around the island ring road and all tourist hot spots. These are easily flagged down. It us cheap for short runs, however, not too reliable and only main road pick ups and drop offs. Conversely you can take one of the many taxis, but they are expensive so be careful not to get ripped off. We provide our guests with the contact of Navigo Thailand Company which is reliable, consistent and the cheapest on the island. If you do take a taxi tell them to drive you up to 'Sunday's Sanctuary Resort & Spa'. They will know where that is. The property is a two minute walk from there, or you can tell them which final turn to make.
