We are within 10 minutes of fabulous coastal beaches and within a short drive to the heart of Newcastle. Your accommodation is 40sq with private entrance and private facilities. Use of pool and BBQ facilities is included. Your self-contained room with 24hr private access includes off-street parking, air-conditioning, wifi, private bathroom, along with tea & coffee making facilities, microwave & large bar fridge. We are pet-friendly (conditions apply). Your space steps out onto a large covered patio and pool - available for use. Although we are onsite - your hosts are in their separate area. Self-check-in is available for all guests to ensure that you are not rushed for your arrival. We are available via SMS should there be any concerns or general information required - but - otherwise your privacy is maintained throughout your stay. We are within the village of Warners Bay - and just 2 minutes drive to beautiful Lake Macquarie - with walks, cycling, cafes and restaurants all within reach. Main Newcastle beaches are within 15 to 20 minutes drive and our beautiful and our beautiful southern beaches are within a 7 minute drive. Large shopping centres and movie theatres are accessible within 5 to 10 minutes from us. A bus stop is within 50 metres. Bicycle hire is available from Warners Bay village foreshore
