Welcome in our completely renovated estate from the 17th century. There are two luxurious gites in this rental complex: view, compare and choose at airbnb for give ''Rosalie'' (4 p.) and/or gite ''Marie-Charlotte'' (8 p.) TIP: renting both gites together at the same period, will give you comfort and shelter for 12 persons. By booking both gites, you will get 10% discount on the total price. - Outside: a spacious terrace on the South-East with a wooden dining table, two deck chairs, a small herb garden, BBQ on request. - Ground floor: old, typical floor, spacious living room with dining corner (table 3 meters), wardrobe with toilet. - Kitchen: located on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, induction cooking plate). - First floor: all over wooden floor, big sunny bedroom with double bed (two single mattresses (200 cm on 90 cm)), two large bathrooms with showers, toilet and double sink. - Second floor: carpeting all over, two spacious bed rooms, one of them has a double bed (single mattresses (200 cm on 90 cm)) and the other room one has two single beds (mattresses 200 cm on 90 cm) and one double bed (mattress 200 cm on 160 cm). Our guests can enter via a closed fence to our private courtyard, this leads to the entry of gite ''Marie-Charlotte''. Parking is outside the fence. A covered bicycle storage is present. Guests will be warmly welcomed. We wil help you if necessary. Because we are very active, some periods are marked as ''unavailable''. Do not hesitate to ask us for those specific days, because our children are more than willing to welcome you if possible. We house is located in the city center of small village with around 400 inhabitants. Our neighbors are young and old and are very familiar with each other. This area is called the Tuscany of Belgium and you can enjoy yourself with hours of walking, biking, horse riding, sight seeing or resting. There are possibilities for canoeing nearby, small cities like Durbuy, Hoei, Namur and Liege are very typical. It is comfortable to have a car in this area. If you have young children, it would nice if you could bring your own cot. A trip-trap and a children chair are present (in case they are available). If you want to, you can reservate a bedding and towel package for 15 Euros per person. If you want this service, please let us know on time and you can pay cash at arrival. Our warmwater system runs on night rate, if this is not sufficient enough please let us know. During the summer period, the heating is switched off in our gites.
