Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts. Local amenities: There are two pubs in the village, however, the opening hours might be unsteady depending on the season. Therefore, please do not expect a secure dining possibilities in Niederkappel. Please also consider the closing time of the local grocery/bakery (Mon-Fri 6pm, Sat 12pm, Sun 11am). This information might be especially important for cyclists, as neighboring villages with alternative food options are distant by bike.
