Villa on golf course with sea view!

The house is directly along the fairway of Royal Golf Course on the Vale do Lobo estate, one of the most luxury resorts in Portugal. Next to the amazing view the villa has a swimming pool, BBQ, fire place, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms. We own the house for more than 20 years now and unfortunately cannot be there as much as we want to. It is our second home and peace oasis. Vale do Lobo is a small luxurious vacation resort with everything you need. Since there is only one hotel and only a few property owners rent out their places you are avoiding crowded beaches! The beach is in 5min walking distance. The outside terrace offers fantastic views over golf course up to the a only few meters distinct Atlantic Ocean. The terrace is completely walled in with integrated BBQ and has own private access to fairway. Centrally positioned in outside area is a free shape swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and a cosy sitting area, also to be used for breakfast and all other meals. You can even hear the waves! Inside; very big living area (40m²) offering separate dining area, comfort sofa, 2 bambus feateuils, secretary, open fire place, Astra digital satellite television/radio and a radio/cassette/CD-player. Kitchen, partly open to living room is fully equipped with modern, purely quality brand E-appliances, eye catcher the American Fridge with ice crusher. Kitchen opens to little patio and hall (with guest toilet and main entrance). Sleeping area is completely to be separated from living/cooking/dining-area and has two bedrooms and two full + fully renovated bathrooms. Both bedrooms with double beds and built in wardrobes, in between them a little storage room for luggage and/or golf equipment. The "South-bedroom" also offers the already mentioned very pleasant views. For the colder months central heating spends comfortable living ambiente. It is all yours. We only have one cupboard locked up with some personal stuff and clothes. You can always reach us by dropping a message or mail. Feel free to call me anytime. Our Villa is located in the five star Vale do Lobo resort, only a 15 min drive away from Faro International Airport & just a few kilometres beyond the village of Almancil and next to Quarteira. Also internationally renowned is Quinta do Lago ('Estate at the sea'), consisting of a group of separate developments within one carefully master-planned estate. These resorts are surrounded by some of Europe’s best golf courses, seven (!) 18 holes courses in total, e.g. San Lorenzo, ranked 8th in continental Europe, all superbly designed & meticulously maintained, 2 of these on Vale do Lobo grounds, your villa along the fairway of Royal Golf Course, only a few meters away from the splendid beach, stretching itself approximately 14 kilometres long from Faro to Quarteira. Supermarket, bars, restaurants, two of the best golf courses at Algarve are directly within the resort. To see all the beautiful beaches, visit villages and sights around or play golf you better get a rental car! Still, there is of course public transportation. The resort has a shuttle bus circuiting and taking you to every spot.
