Hamilton Place twin beds room

The entire top floor of my home, about 2200 sq feet, is prepared for guests. It will accommodate 8 people, or if less space is requested, there are two separate bedrooms, sharing a hall bath, and two bedrooms with bath ensuite. Guests share a common kitchenette and TV room. They enjoy the big porch, and deck with grill, the gardens, birding, walking around the property, and collecting fresh eggs from the Hamilton Hens. Ramps are in place into the house, but there is no ramp inside.
