Our holiday home is located in the green Istria, nearby the historical town of Roč and Hum. For all those who are looking for a pleasant vacation, this place offers everything to fullfil anyone's needs. Ideal for family vacation! Feel the magic at our place! Located in the pure nature, below the city of Roč, our holiday home offers a calming and revitalizing vacation. Ideal for nature and culture lovers, for families with children, people with dogs. Anyone can find its reason to stay at our place! Interior: 90m2 Fully equipped kitchen with fire-place furnished in the traditional istrian stlye. Wooden chairs and tables, as well as the leather sofas and TV area. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, pantry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and other appliances. Exterior: 1.000m2 Big garden with wooden furniture, kids playground, pool 24 m2 and shower, terrace with stereo surrounding, grill/barbecue, parking place for more cars The whole house is for guests use. When booking the house, you'll get the whole property to use. Only the cellar and space for stuff is locked. You have all the freedom at our holiday home. This area is famous for its local gastronomy and first-class wine and olive oil. Have you ever tried "Istrian Truffles"? The queen of mushrooms - a truffle - has its natural habitat in the Buzet area. You can't make a mistake when eating out all over the region of Central Istria. Traditional istrian taverns offer daily fresh and healthy meals at reasonable prices. When travelling to Istria, be sure you won't be hungry at all! The house is at only 1 km from the motorway. When coming to Roč, the best option is to travel by car or for those who are seeking for real adventure -by bike. There are a lot of bike routes, as well as hike routes. Nearby the house (cca 4km) are the watersprings of Kotli with old water-mill and old stone houses. If You go further, you will see the smallest town in the world - HUM, at only 7km from the house away. A bigger city with all facilities one might need is at 9 km from the house, in the city of Buzet. There you can find supermarkets, bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy, train station, bus station, restaurants and bars, clubs. The nearest coastal city in the Kvaner bay is at only 30 minutes by car : OPATIJA (if you are looking for nice beach - visit Mošćenička Draga, 15 km from Opatija away, 20 minutes by car) The nearest coastal city in Istria is at only 40 minutes by car: NOVIGRAD (nightlife, cultural heritage, restaurants, bars, beaches) The nearest airport: Rijeka (KRK) and Pula The nearest international bus station: Rijeka The nearest international train station: Rijeka If you're staying at our house with your pet, an extra fee per night will be calculated on site.
