The house has all the amenities you can wish for and is situated close to Stockholm City ( about 20 minutes by car ) in a quiet residential area. Our house has three floors: On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 8 people. In the middle of the room there is a cozy fireplace. From the kitchen you enter a huge sun terrace (wooden deck). Upstairs there is a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, a large bedroom with a chairbed for two, and a smaller bedroom that also has a chairbed for two. Downstairs there is a tv- room, a large bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a dryer. Downstairs we have two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a children´s room with space for two children and one baby. You can reach the garden from both of the bedrooms through sliding doors. We have a well-planned and sunny garden for relaxation with a lawn were children can play. There is also a big trampoline in the garden free to use for our younger guests. Free parking for 2 cars. It has three floors and a total size of 165 square meters. We have a large sun terrace facing south. We will do everything we can to help you make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Feel free to call/email any questions. We speak Swedish, English, Spanish and German. Spånga, where we are located, is an upscale, much loved, neighbourhood in Stockholm. It is one of the nearest residential neighborhoods to the city centre. There are good communications to the city center. It only takes 25 minutes with public transport and 20 minutes by car. It´s easy to get to/from the airport, about 20 minutes by car.
