The cosy Alb-Domizil between Albstadt and Balingen

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip. The living area offers a new comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a full double bed (140 x 200 cm) with slatted frame and high-quality cold foam gel mattress. The living room has a 43" 4K-UHD Ambilight flat screen with satellite connection and smart TV functions. High-speed Wlan with up to 100 Mbit is available. The living area has direct access to the picturesque garden. The kitchen offers everything you would expect from a kitchen. Even a bigger cooking adventure can be realized with the fully equipped kitchen. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available. A refrigerator with freezer compartment, circulating air stove and dishwasher complete the offer. The dining room area directly next to the tiled stove offers a rustic seating area with enough space for 5 people. The bedroom has a new large double bed with adjustable lying hardness (H3, H4) in a size of 180 x 200 cm, a dresser and enough space for your luggage, even if you stay longer. Bicycles are welcome. These can be stored safely in the garage. Air pump, tools are available on request. The entire holiday apartment is at your disposal We are available in the evening and on weekends for questions directly. In the holiday flat you will find contact possibilities, should we not be at home. The house is centrally located in Albstadt-Laufen, thanks to the bypass (tunnel) the residential area is very quiet. In spite of the central location you are in a few minutes directly in the nature. Albstadt-Laufen offers ideal access to the most beautiful eaves of the Swabian Alb and is therefore an ideal starting point for many hikes. The popular Pizzeria Sardegna (4 minutes walk) is in the immediate vicinity. The cosy Traufganghütte (15 minutes' walk) offers good home-style cuisine in a hut atmosphere and can be easily combined with all hiking routes. In the immediate vicinity (2 minutes on foot) the train can be used to set off quickly for Balingen or Sigmaringen via Albstadt without a car and explore the area.
