Beautiful Guest Suite w Full Kitchen & Living Room

Relax and unwind in this super spacious and beautiful guest suite located near Princeton, Rutgers, & NYC. Our house sits on 1.25 acres and has a playground in the back yard for kids. There is plenty of space outside for a walk or a run for your dog. Convenient & spacious parking! AMENITIES INCLUDED -WIFI -PRIVATE DECK -WASHER & DRYER -TOWELS/SHEETS -COFFEE & SNACKS -COOKING SUPPLIES -IRON & IRONING BOARD The private bedroom has a QUEEN Size Bed w/ closet and dresser to store your items. Additionally, for those of you who have pets and would like extra help, for a small fee I am happy to walk or help take care of your animal during your stay. I have been certified as a Home Handler for Service Dogs in training with East Coast Assistant dogs and have used Therapy dogs through most of my career as a psychotherapist. With regard to your space, you will have your own entrance and can also enjoy time on the deck during nice weather. The guest suite is connected to the main house by a hallway and a door. The door can be locked from both sides and remains locked from the main house at all times. There are a few locked closets but other than that all the space is yours to access. We are happy to socialize but are just as happy to give you space and privacy. There is a local library, playground and police station down the street from us. And there is also a yummy restaurant within a 10 minute walk or two minute drive. In the other direction there is a Starbucks and Wendy's within a 5 minute drive. We are 15 minute drive from Princeton University which is a lovely place to visit. From our home there is a sidewalk or place to walk but only to other neighborhood developments and a school playground. Around the corner there is a 3 mile walk and/or bike path that is very enjoyable. Please note we have a Security Check: because this is Guest Suite that has a separate entrance but is connected to the main house, we need to verify your Driver's License or Passport upon check-in. Just like a hotel, when reservation is confirmed we will ask for your full name and year of birth. -You need to ask permission to have an additional guest visit on the premises and explain the reason for their visit and approximately how long they will be visiting. Host has the right to ask for the name of the visitor as well and can also deny this request without reason.
