A modern detached house set in Boubers Les Hesmond, the smallest village in the Seven Valleys region of Pas de Calais. The price is fully inclusive of towels, bedding and electricity. Whilst only being 40 minutes from Le Touquet and many other beaches. A mere 20 minutes from the walled city of Montreuil and 50 minutes from St Omer. Discounts available for low occupancy. The house has 4 bedrooms. There are two twin rooms downstairs and a downstairs shower room, making it ideal for those who may struggle with stairs. Upstairs there is a double and a king size bedroom and bathroom. The lounge has a television with free to view English channels, French satellite tv and a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with numerous utensils, an electric cooker,fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The shower room downstairs has a washing machine. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning products are provided, also tea towels, dishcloths and washing up liquid. Outside, the house is on a plot of a third of an acre, with gates that can be shut and locked. It is a safe environment for small children. We have a 14ft trampoline, that you may use. But you do so at your own risk. You can arrive after 3pm and should leave no later than 11am on the day of departure. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental cost. Discounts are available for low occupancy. For those with babies or small children, there is a travel cot and high chair. However, I do not provide cot bedding. There are also bath toys. There is a hairdryer upstairs and one downstairs. I have a number of board games that you are welcome to use during your stay, I just ask that you look after them and put them away safely. There are also various books for you to read. Also a large amount of toys for children. Primarily the house is my second home, you are welcome to use the whole house and garden, I just request that you look after it. I have caretakers who look after the house for me. They are available to contact by phone during your stay. If for some reason you cannot contact them, I am available by phone. The village is the smallest in the Seven Valleys and offers a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Close by there is the walled city of Montreuil, made famous by Les Miserables. The beach at Berck Sur Mer holds an international kite festival each year in April, that is well worth a visit. If you are interested in history there are numerous war cemeteries in the surrounding area. At St Omer there is La Coupole, which was built to launch the V2 rockets. We are also not far from the battleground of Agincourt. For those that enjoy golf there are many golf courses up to an hours drive from the house. Because of the location of the property a car is essential for your stay. As the village is so quiet, I would expect guests to be mindful of the residents of the village.
