Cosy home in Spreyton

A beautiful new home in walking distance of Devonport Country Club. A lovely area of Spreyton, close to shops and just around the corner from the local city of Devonport . 10 minutes away from Spirit of Tasmania dock. Private and clean house where you can relax all you'd like! Cosy, clean, new home, modern style and close to the Devonport city. Free wifi, laundry, kitchen access. Guests will have access to the kitchen, lounge, laundry and bedroom and private bathroom. I will endeavour to be home and available for guests after work hours, but lead a busy lifestyle, allowing for flexibility and freedom for guests. I live here permanently with my cat Tabs and occasional house mate. The neighborhood is a lovely quiet area, very close to IGA supermarket, bottle shop and a fruit and veg store. A short drive or walk into Devonport city. Close to local Spreyton Cider, Prickly Mo winery and Anvers Chocolate! Within walking distance to the Woodrising Golf Course. Nice and direct walkway into the town of Spreyton and a further walk into Devonport. Buses available to other Tasmanian towns which leave from Devonport. I am usually able to be of assistance with transport within reason. I live here with my cat Tabs, we're both very friendly so we hope that you are too! Place is suitable for travelers, business trips, friends, backpackers, or partners willing to sleep in separate beds.
