All the while mom & dad cheerfully take care of laundry using top end Samsung washer and dryer appliances. NEIGHBORHOOD PRIVATE BEACH RAN BY HOA -swim at your own risk -exercise caution when getting down to the sand as the lake can change the topography abruptly. -beach area is directly in front of the concrete pad. -do not leave items down at the beach, always return to home. The smells of summer barbeque and fresh summer lake air are frequent and you’ll often see others celebrating as you stroll the gravel private road to the shared beach. Comprised of small cottages and larger, even historic homes some residents are full time though there are several beach going, sand seeking part time and weekly guests who like yourself love sharing our slice of heaven! The neighborhood is sandwiched between several small beach communities that hold popularity here on the West Coast of New York; we recommend Mickey Rats Beach Club at Grandview Bay (4 minute travel time) and the well known Sunset Bay community (5 minute travel time) that give that beach, ocean like energy with sandy streets, stilted homes and beach bars and restaurants to match. Day & 1/2 day trips include -Letchworth State Park “the Grand Canyon of the East” -Niagara Falls USA and CANADA -Chautauqua Wine Region, over 23 wineries on 300,000 acres known for their varieties on wine and liquor distilling alike -Niagara Peninsula Wine Region, including historic Lewiston and Youngstown -Presque Isle State Park, Erie, PA, 3,200 acre sand island known for their recreational opportunities and gorgeous clear waters -Darien Lake Amusement Park, New York’s largest and best -Allegany State Park and Ellicottville known for their mountains, foliage, old charm villages and winter activities. -Most importantly, the bustling Buffalo center known for its architecture, cuisine, cat cafes, nightlife, beaches, neighborhoods, parks, outdoor venues and concerts, trails, boating and floating down the majestic Niagara River. Never a dull moment! Due to our tranquil location, vehicular travel is best. The property is located on a quiet one lane gravel drive. Parking is only permitted in the driveway up to 6 or 8 cars depending on size. Two bikes are provided for easy transport to and from the private neighborhood beach access and Evangola State Park.
