Our cottage is located between Groenlo and Winterswijk, close to nature Korenburgerveen. And in our yard, detached house with a beautiful view and privacy. Come relax, live like a God in the Achterhoek. Relax in the hammock chairs or relax at the wood stove with a glass of wine or a cold Grolsch. You have a private garden with seating area and fire pit. Other facilities we share with you, inter alia, pool, bocce court and trampoline. A paradise for big and small guests! The holiday was long ago a wagon shed of the farmer. Later there young cattle and we ourselves have lived there for years. The living room with open kitchen is spacious (about 7 x 7 meters) and atmospheric. Wood stove, parquet floor and old roof trusses. Also a beautiful old desk here as a workplace. There are two bedrooms and a storage room where there is a pile of games. In the bathroom you will find a toilet and a walk-in rain shower. The detached house you have fully at your disposal. We also have a large part of the garden reserved for you. The rest of our garden we share. With over 6000 square meters, there is room enough! At the end of the street begins the peat. The vast Korenburgerveen is in an environment where you can wander through a lovely historic homestead landscape with beautiful forests, streams, heather and bog. Here, last spring even bred cranes. From the house you can on the free tandem through the bog to the cozy Winterswijk bikes. Other nice places within cycling distance: Lichtenvoorde, Aalten and Bredevoort book town. On car distance: Hanseatic city of Zutphen, Doetinchem and Arnhem course. Even more beautiful scenery in the area is the quarry in Winterswijk, where sometimes an eagle owl breeding and Leemputten café and an old-fashioned nice playground. Our cottage is located a few kilometers from Railway Station Lichtenvoorde-Groenlo. In consultation pick and we bring you to and from the station. Furthermore, our vintage tandem can be used for free. Rental of additional (electric) bicycles we can arrange. Arrival / departure: Monday and Friday. Other days on request.
