Lofts at 909 - Open, Modern, Convenient - Unit 109

Originally constructed as a school in 1921, the Lofts at 909 are designed to give you a comfortable and convenient living experience. Each loft includes modern amenities, a spacious floor plan and is convenient to the Capital complex, restaurants, river and all that PA's Capital has to offer. Each loft has wifi, basic cable, HD TV w/ FireTV Alexa enabled, central AC/Heat, completely furnished w/ a stocked kitchen (glasses, dishes, pots, pans, etc) The space is an open loft style. Meaning there is no bedroom door it's an open feel for the bedroom, kitchen and living area. There is a wall between the bedroom and living area that has two TV's (one for bedroom and the other for the living area) and there is also a work top area with a chair and lamp that's perfect for laptop use and there is also a closet on the bedroom side of this partition wall for clothing etc. You can access the lower level common bathrooms and commercial laundry area if needed. The only other common areas are the hallways and exit stairs. We will be adding a community lounge later this year so stay tuned! Available 24/7 on-call maintenance The Lofts at 909 are conveniently located in the Midtown neighborhood, just walking distance from the Capitol, shops, restaurants, museums and more. Only a block walk from the River as well.
