We are happy to recommend event services. Parties are only allowed outdoors on our gated compound. There's a $200 fee to use the outdoor space for events. Compliance with physical distancing measures required in light of corona virus. Parties and get togethers are NOT allowed indoors. Coronavirus (COVID 19) Guidelines .In light of Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you follow the local government guidelines, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. .Additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property to ensure both you, your family, friends and our staff are safe and protected at all times. .House keeping thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the house before your arrival. .Guests will report any Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms immediately to Joy via Airbnb message, (Hidden by Airbnb) , text, or phone call. If needed a health provider will be recommended as well as assistance and isolation measures will be effected immediately. Wuenam will not terminate your booking because you're sick. We'll comply with Airbnb to support you if you become sick during your stay. Transportation •We offer paid airport pick up and drop off. Advance booking is required. •Car rental and chauffeur services are available. The rate for an Infiniti FX 35 SUV and driver is $120/day. The suv has a complimentary Wifi capability that guests can top up and use. Additional fees apply for out of town trips. Accommodation •Wuenam Vacation Home is a furnished 3 bedroom house with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and gated compound. -Check in at 2pm and check out at noon. .If you book as a single guest or a couple, you get access to the large en-suite master bedroom only and the entire house. Other bedrooms will be locked unless you pay $30 for each additional guests up to 6 guests and additional guests stay for free. Kids up to 11 years stay for free. •We have a strict NO SMOKING INDOORS POLICY. Guests can smoke on the gated outdoor compound. •Access to outdoor gazebo, convo chairs, BBQ, plunge pool and generator. •Access to kids essentials: car seat, stroller, inflatable pool, toys, tv channels. Please request in advance. •Digital TV and smart tv are available. •There’s complimentary Wifi for simple browsing and checking of emails. If you need more data for work, video chatting, Netflix, Prime tv, etc., please top up with a data bundle or use your own data. (Ask us or check Vodafone fibre rates). •House cleaning is from 8:30 am - noon every other day. Towels and toiletries are refreshed then. Guests will be requested to wear masks when interacting with our staff. Our staff wear gloves, masks and shields during house cleaning, in compliance with our house cleaning protocols. •Extra caretaker/guest services such as errands, shopping, etc., can be recommended available upon request. Rate: 50 ghs/day (400 ghs/month). Must be arranged in advance. •Nanny services can be recommended. This includes feeding, watching young kids up to 11 years. Rate: 100 ghs/day/child (600 ghs/month). •Laundry services available close by (Ability junction, Adjiringanor road or American House area). •Restaurants: Cahaya lounge, Coco Vanilla, Papa’s pizza, Lord of the Wings, Serwah’s Locals, Bush Kanteen, MillsGrill, A&C mall, etc. •For events, business, tourist and beauty services ask Joy. Events Hello Guest Please review Wüenam’s event guideline before booking for your activity/event. SPACE Parties are ONLY allowed outdoors. The rate to use the outdoor space is $200. Please remind your guests to stay outdoors. Party guests use the indoor washroom on the ground floor. EXTRA SPACE It’s an extra $100 to have guests in the indoor space for a minimal use in addition to the outdoor space. This only applies if the guest has already booked the outdoor space and will like the indoor space in addition. DAMAGES Party bookers pay 500 ghs refundable damage deposit at check in. Damages and missing chattels caused during the activity will be charged to the booker and deducted from the refundable 500 ghs damage deposit you paid at check in. FURNITURE & CHATTELS No indoor furniture, kitchenware and other indoor chattels shall be brought outdoors. Guests are required to bring furniture, kitchenware, and chattels for events. Guests can use Wuenam’s outdoor furniture and BBQ grill at no cost. Please use only gas (provided) for the BBQ grill. Our onsite staff can assist to operate the grill if needed. Guests must make provision for extra gas for the bbq. We’re happy to recommend and share contacts of party vendors and rental shops close by to rent furniture, plates, and other party items. All external furniture, kitchenware and chattels brought onto the compound for parties shall be removed by noon on check out day so that the property can be set up for the next guest. TIME To respect our neighbours, please keep noise low and end parties by 1 am. NO SMOKING Wuenam has a strict no smoking policy for indoors. Guests can only smoke outdoors in the gated compound. Advance booking is required. -Guests who choose to can walk to taxi stands (about 10 minutes). -Uber is one of the preferred means of transport.
