Penty Barn Holiday Cottage - An attractive barn conversion set in the beautiful Welsh countryside. The perfect base to relax and escape the rush and stresses of every day life. Includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, luxury hot tub, BBQ HUT, Outdoor bar/games room, wood burning stove and plenty of outdoor space. Penty Barn Holiday Cottage Penty Barn is a beautiful country barn conversion offering self catering accommodation. Penty Barn provides the most amazing outdoor space . There’s something for every single age group to keep them entertained for hours. - Brand new hot tub, installed in February 2022. Huge luxury hot tub measuring 3.8m in length, with 10 seats including 2 loungers. Set under a beautiful wooden gazebo, so can be used all year round whatever the weather. - Outdoor heated swimming pool (28x14ft) set around a beautiful patio area with seating. The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from the beginning of April - end of October The pool can be opened and heated out of season (November - March) but it will be an extra cost and we will need prior notice so please message. - Outdoor bar/games room. We’ve put in a dart board and also a table tennis table for hours of fun. It’s all undercover so can be used all year round. - BBQ Cabin Hut - You can BBQ all year round whatever the weather! It's very spacious inside and has benches all the way round to seat people . It's the perfect place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. - Al-fresco dining in the summer months, there’s a BBQ and seating area with 2 large tables - Large fire pit with a seating area. Perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. It’s a lovely place to roast marshmallows with the children too. - With over an acre of grounds, you can play a number of games - football, cricket, badminton etc. There’s also a children’s play area which consists of: inground trampoline, swing and slide set, nest swing and seesaw. As regards to parking there’s ample amount of space, there’s 2 parking sections to comfortably accommodate plenty of vehicles. Inside - - Living room Large cosy living room with a wood burning stove for those cosy nights! TV with SKY Q - sky package includes entertainment, movies, kids boxsets and Netflix. -Sun room which is directly connected to the living room to make into one large room. Lots of seating and beautiful views of the grounds. One of sofas is a sofa bed -Cinema / Karaoke room 65 inch TV with a Dolby atmos soundbar and sub for that ultimate cinema experience. SKY Q with a sky package that includes, entertainment, movies, kids boxsets and Netflix. There’s also a PS4 with games - you can stream Sky sports through the Sky go app. There’s also a karaoke machine. - The L shape sofa pulls out into a double sofa bed. The velvet chair in the corner also pulls out into a single sofa bed. -Large Kitchen & Dinning Room - Beautiful shaker style kitchen with a central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials to cook up a storm with your family and friends. Complete with a range master range cooker, American fridge freezer with an ice and water dispenser, wine rack, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Step up from the kitchen into the beautiful dining room with a large banqueting dining table to seat everyone. The perfect place to a enjoy a meal with everyone. Bathrooms: 1 downstairs bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and a power shower above the bath. 1 separate downstairs shower room opposite the bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has its own separate en-suite - shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs there's a separate WC . There’s also another bathroom upstairs with a shower, toilet and sink. In the master bedroom there's a luxurious roll top bath. There's 8 bedrooms: 1 downstairs which is a double bedroom with ensuite 7 Upstairs which all feature lovely exposed original beams, with black out blinds to give you the ultimate sleeping experience. The barn is surrounded by beautiful views where you can enjoy lovely walks and take in the beautiful countryside. The nearest town from the cottage is Lampeter which is only a mile away. It has all the amenities needed such as supermarkets, bakeries, take aways (chinese, indian, fish & chips!). There's also plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants. In Lampeter there's also a leisure centre where you can go swimming! The nearest beach from the cottage is Aberaeron which is 12 miles away and from there you have the main coastal road where there are loads of other beautiful beaches such as New Quay, Llangrannog, Cei Bach etc. The Brecon Beacons national park is only an hours drive from the cottage where you can take in all the spectacular views and climb Pen Y fan (highest peak in South Wales) Blue lagoon indoor water park and Oakwood theme park and Folly Farm Zoo are only an hours drive from the cottage!
