Close to public transport (train/bus), Joondalup Health Campus, Lakeside Joondalup shopping mall, parks, the beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, & people requiring nearby access to the Joondalup Health Campus for treatment. Facilities available for those travelling with an infant. You’ll love our place because of the comfortable & private living space, large outdoor space, including heated pool and bar/lounge area, separate toilet, a true retreat in the northern suburbs of Perth. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, & people requiring nearby access to the Joondalup Health Campus for treatment. Facilities available for those travelling with an infant, including cot, highchair, toys, baby bath. One room - bedroom, ensuite and wardrobe for luggage. One room - living area with kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, kettle, dinnerware and utensils provided - please note there is no oven or stove-top). Electric frypan & BBQ with side-burner available for use. *furniture has been updated since photos taken Full private access from street front via locked roller door (i.e. does not need to enter through main house). Once inside roller door, stair access to gated & fully enclosed granny flat and pool / bar / lounge area. Key access to granny flat. My husband, Brett, & I live on site in the main house with our son Aidan, daughter Poppy & 2 small dogs. Interaction with guests is by guest preference. We are able to assist with any questions, queries and concerns you may have. Dogs are kept completely separate from granny flat and surrounding area & will not impact your stay. Joondalup Health Campus (Public Adult and Paediatric Emergency Department) is an 8 minute drive away Lakeside Joondalup shopping mall (the largest shopping centre in WA) is a short 5 minute drive away Local area: - Many playground & parks - 2 supermarkets nearby - 4km's to beach - 11km's to Hillarys Boat Harbour Free parking space available on directly in front of the main house. Our place is close to Public Transport (bus & train) - Edgewater (5 minute drive, 20 minute walk) & Joondalup train stations; bus route one street away - Both train stations are on the Joondalup line, which travels directly to the city centre (approximately 24 minutes on train)
