The House Free access to use of the rest of the house and garden including the backyard and front-yard. Off street parking available. Location 15 mins walking distance to Canterbury international hotel 7 mins walking to Parkmore primary school Located 23 kms from the city centre thru Citylink M1 (in 1 km) with only a 5 minute drive to train station for 25 minute ride to city. Drive to Closest Brentford square in 4 mins with Woolworths supermarket, petrol station, post office, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, banks etc (Walk only 10 mins) Buses to closest Nunawading railway station in 5 mins. Buses to Blackburn/Mitcham railway station in 15 mins toward Boxhill or Mitcham. There is a pubic swimming pool and gym which is 10 mins walk away from our place. My neighbourhood are quiet and friendly. Bus stop just few mins walk from our house. Nunawading station will be the closest train station by drive. You can get buses to Glen waverley and Box Hill Station.
