Formerly a Bed and Breakfast, The Rosewood Cottage is THE ideal couple’s choice, offering a farmhouse feel and level of intimacy for the perfect romantic getaway. This double acre property is accessible by a private road situated near the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Expect natural wildlife viewings and an array of bird species. Super hosts, Bert and Nancy, have been touted as having the gift of hospitality. The Rosewood Cottage has been described by its guests as “a slice of heaven”. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BOOKINGS WITH MORE THAN FOUR GUESTS. ***THE ROSEWOOD IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AND INFANTS*** WE HAVE ALWAYS MAINTAINED A 24-HR PREPARATION TIME BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY BOOKING TO SANITIZE AND THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE COTTAGE. DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE TAKING EXTRA STEPS IN OUR CLEANING PROCESS. We offer a unique setting at the Rosewood Cottage with ample room outside to sit and relax. Whether you are reading a book by the pondless waterfall or relaxing on the deck with a cup of coffee or tea (provided), you will truly feel at home. Guests have access to the ENTIRE HOME which features a kitchen and its appliances (spaces in refrigerator and pantry are provided), dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room, front porch, back deck, above ground pool (up from June to September) and gas grill. Access to Roku TV, DVD's (in drawer to the left of wood stove), WiFi in the sun room and fire extinguisher to the left of the door in the pantry. We are on site to greet you and hand over keys to the Cottage when you arrive. A short tour of the cottage is provided.. We want to give you privacy for the duration of your stay. So when we are not camping, we stay in our own suite, which is part of the cottage and has a separate entrance from that of yours on the south side of the Cottage. We are always reachable by phone or text. This property is located at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains with access to a private drive, due west of Coffee Hollow Road. What makes it unique is the nature around you and the enjoyment of country living. You may catch a glimpse of white tail deer while staying at the cottage. Only 10 minutes away from Lake Ten Killer and Northeastern State University, The Rosewood Cottage is close to some of Tahlequah's main attractions, yet maintains a sense of intimacy via access to a private drive located due west of Coffee Hollow Road. Parking in the city is on a first-come first-serve basis and is free to the public. We strive to do our best to give our guests an accommodation worth remembering. However, we do expect our guest to treat our place like it was their own.
