Hillside B&B with view over the coast

A small B&B hotel realized in my grandparents' house. View over the sea, pool, garden and private parking. We realised this small hotel in my grandparents' house. There are 15 rooms. Some are big and some small, some have a brick-vaulted ceiling other not. All rooms have private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. There is a breakfast room, a little living room, a portico, a garden, a pool and private parking. Our guest have access to the pool, the garden, the portico and the private parking. The breakfast room is available from 8,30 to 10 and during rainy days it can be used as living room as well. There is a TV in the living room, but there aren't any TVs in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi coverage is available in the office area and garden. Some rooms are covered as well. I live in the same building as my guests, just on the neighbour door. If I am not in the hotel it is possible to phone me for any problem. I like to chat and love to give information about my favourite places and restaurants in the area. We live on a hill in the small village of Ranzi. This is part of the sea town of Pietra Ligure. From here there is a wonderful view over the Mediterranean sea. Higher on the hill the woods starts and open air activities can be practised. Thanks to the good climate of Liguria this is possible in every season. 350 people only live in our village and there is a fine restaurant. Recently we got a playground and a small public park as well. It is possible to spend time here without a car, but it would be better to have one. We are located 3 Km from the train station and the sea and 4 Km from the centre of Pietra Ligure and the public buses run four times per day only. Moreover a car in very useful if you wish to visit the most beautiful and typical places of this area. Pietra Ligure has a large and clean pedestrian area with nice cafeterias and shops. Free public parking areas are available close to the city centre. A city tax of € 0,50 per person per day has to be paid. This tax is due for the first 5 nights of your stay only. It has to be paid cash on arrival. Children up to 12 years don't need to pay it.
