The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small block called Marlborough Court, 27 O R Tambo, Durban South beach. The building has two lifts. It is very well-maintained block with security desk at the entrance. The apartment is fully furnished till the last spoon. It has a washing machine, electrical stove, fridge, microwave, toast maker, flat screen tv, king size bed, iron, hangers, smoke detectors in an open plan kitchen/dinning/lounge area and also one in a bedroom, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. The apartment has a street parking. The entire apartment. Please note there is only street parking. You are right on the Durban city beach and close to pretty much everything! Durban Golden Mile (name of the beach promenade that runs from uShaka Marine World, South, all the way to the North) is a very active area full of people running, cycling, hanging out at restaurants. There is a PEOPLE MOVER bus that runs along the beach and to the city centre and is about 3 mins walk from the apartment. UBER and TAXIFY is always within a minute reach in our area. There are local taxis/vans that you can hop on. There is a street parking right outside of the apartment's window. Durban South Beach is a city beach and even though you will find endless sand to walk on and spots to meditate know that this area has a buzz.
