New listed beach house independant

This is a lake side cottage with lake veiws and its own beach, the cottage is able to sleep 5people, but could sleep more if required Lake veiws and its own beach Kitchen and outdoor gas BBQ and the lake including a canoe, swimming Depending on the requirements of the guests, I am happy to spend time, and have BBQ together if possible, always good to say this is a preference at time of booking The lake and walks in nature is what I love about Friaudour, the village being the prettiest village around the lake, summertime action with most water sports available. Most people would arrive by car , but transport could be arranged from Limoges or a nearby train station There is so many things to see in the limousine, being also close to the Charente it profits from the warm summers that still exhibits green beautiful valleys and tree lined hills lush in natures richness
