The full kitchen includes a coffee pot, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric stove, a dishwasher and a broad variety of dishes for personal use. This cottage features a washer/dryer, a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and a 3.5ft loft with two Twin-size mattresses. The living room comes with a Full-size sleeper-sofa, television and electric fire place. Our premier resort sits on 200 acres of East Texas woods and offers a great place for the whole family to enjoy. We are an award-winning, upscale cabin resort and RV park in East Texas located at the site of the famous First Monday Trade Days. Vehicles are not permitted to park by our cottages but we do provide a complimentary concierge service that will assist you via golf cart. At Mill Creek Ranch Resort, guests have access to two designer pools and a hot tub opened year round. Guests can paddle boat on Walden Pond or do Catch and Release fishing at any of our ponds. We are on 200 acres of East Texas Woods and have hiking trails trough out the property. We have a multi-sport court ready for a basketball or volleyball game. Our guest services department is committed to provide the best service throughout your stay. At check in, our front desk staff will check you in and our concierges staff will assist you with all your luggage. Canton, TX is best known for it's First Monday Trade days, one of the world's largest flea market. Mill Creek is conveniently located half a mile from this famous destination. Splash Kingdom and Yesterland Farm are seasonal attractions located within 10 minutes of the resort. If you like to golf, Van Zandt Country Club is 10 minutes away. We are right in town and are very close to great and unique restaurants, or if you prefer to cook yourself, there's two grocery stores to choose from. There is different areas for parking throughout the resort and our concierge service can take you anywhere you need to go inside the resort. At the moment, Canton does not offer public transportation or Uber services to get around in town. -An additional pet fee of $15 per pet, per night will be taken at check in. -The goal at Mill Creek Ranch Resort is to provide our guests with a tranquil and serene atmosphere. For this reason, our cottages are not accessible by vehicle. Guests cannot park at their individual cottages. Instead, upon check in, our concierge service will help you with your luggage and they will take you to your cottage in a golf cart, or you can rent your very own ahead of time. -We do not provide cable, however all of our TV's have HDMI adapters for Fire Sticks and Roku devices as well as DVD players. * During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are doing our best to social distance whenever possible.
