The house is confortable, beautiful and spacious, located in a quiet road full of green. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need. The back garden is lovely and furnished for enjoying sunny days. We have lovely community areas, pubs and little parks in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The location is convenient for main roads, motorway, shops, petrol and train station. We are not normally at the property so you will have total privacy; although we will always be available by message and phone to help you in whatever you need. Just the corner you will find extensive lovely flower and greenery filled foot paths for relaxation and exercise. The Broadmeadows Recreation Ground At 800 mt from our doorstep is wonderful and excellent for families and sports. We are spoiled for choice when it comes to Restaurants and pubs in walking distance: Delhi Nights is our favourite for dine in or delivery service, 5 min away.. Spice village is at the same distance and it’s equally delicious. The Curry lounge is 8 min away and it has a delicious menu and you can bring your own alcohol drinks. The Boundary Pub, 750 mtfrom us has excellent food specially Sunday lunch and pizzas, ambience and a wonderful beer garden. The Hawthorns is a lovely family place nice food, good price and friendly staff literally at 450mt from our doorstep. The Devonshire Arms is a homely pub with nice ales, pub grub menu and Sunday Carvery. The Countryman Pup has fine food for the demanding foodie tasthe and its only 10 min away. So may others to mention... you will have petrol, convenience shops, post office, and CO-op shops at less than 3 minutes away. We are just 1 min from the A38, and 1 minute from junction 28 on the M1 with zero traffic for access. Alfreton station is about 5 minutes away. Close to Derbyshire Dales, Matlock and Peak District and exactly 20 minutes from Derby, Chesterfield and Nottingham .
