It is Sea View from each part of Villa and complete privacy and (URL HIDDEN) of the rooms has Jacuzzi. BBQ facilities, parking place, alarm sensor, safe box and Wi-Fi throughout the property are included. Garden has security video system. Villa contents: -Ground Floor has one double room with en-suite bathroom, twin room with external bathroom (single beds that can be pulled together to make a double bed) .Living room features LCD CABLE TV, fireplace, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle,toaster and coffeemaker. - First floor has one double room with Jacuzzi and en-suite toilette, twin room (single beds that can be pulled together to make a double bed) with en-suite bathroom. -Basement contents twin beds (single beds that can be pulled together to make a double bed), equipped kitchen and bathroom. Guest has access to all part of Villa. When you arrive you will be given all the necessary information about the Villa, neighborhoods and the city. You can access the entire villa and nobody will be present in the apartment during your stay, so you will have all the privacy that you wish for. The property is 500m from the supermarket and 100m from our restaurant "Baron Gautsch". Stoliv is very sought after town for all kinds of tourists: from those who want to visit different beaches, cities, national parks, monasteries, museums, to those who prefer enjoying activities in the surrounding nature.We recommend our guest to use a car or motorbike. It's very easy accessible to nearby cities,Kotor(Old town) and Tivat(Porto Montenegro), by bus which stops just in front of villa and drive you directly there. Bus passes evey hour and tickets costs 1€/person.We organize equestrian tours across the hundred-year-old forest of chestnuts from Donji to Gornji Stoliv. We can offer anything that our guest requires, including: breakfast,delivery of food from the restaurant, professional cook, barbecue chef, transfers, taxi, rent-a-car, fishing tour, boat tour, kayaking, rafting tour, hiking, bicycle, massage at the Villa etc.
