What a view villa !!!

The "What a view villa" is a luxurious, tranquil property with a huge shared swimming pool. It is located right above a bay, just a few meters from the deep azure water of the Cretan Sea, part of the Mediterranean Sea. The unique sea view is visible from every place of the residence. The breathtaking sunset you can luxuriate only here, will leave you speechless! I can guarantee you an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay at this fully equipped villa. I’ m sure that you will feel like home! The two level spacious seaside villa has 3 double bedrooms with individual air conditioning in every room and their own cable TV set, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (the one of them includes also a sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, underfloor heating, uninterrupted free Wi-Fi, DVD player, etc. - Plenty of goods, like groceries, fruits and edible products for your breakfast, and not only, are available. The villa has a completely private upper patio with a table, chairs, sofas, deck chairs etc! There is also a lower outdoor space with furniture too! At the lowest outdoor space, there is a swimming pool, a BBQ area (providing necessary tools), umbrellas for shading and sunbeds for my guests to relax, while watching the unique sunsets. - Inflatable pool floats, balls and many more are provided. - A large parking area is also available. Built on top of a bay, this property offers an unparalleled experience. With panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and only blue sky above, you will feel almost like you are floating on a cloud. The villa is oriented to the west, which means stunning sunsets every single evening! The "What a view villa" is located at Akrotiri, the long circular peninsula that extends northeast of the city of Chania, the most popular holiday destination in Crete and one of the most beautiful destinations in Greece. The characteristic of most beaches in Akrotiri is that although they are in the northern part of Crete, they are not affected by the winds, as is the case with other beaches on the northern coast. So if during your holidays, you get days of wind and wave while you are looking for the calm sea, then you will probably find it on some of the sheltered beaches of Akrotiri. The most dazzling and famous beaches of Chania are just minutes from the villa. Stavros beach is the place where the globally known actor Anthony Quinn, impersonated "Zorba the Greek". The property is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side villa. The nearest beach is only 0,5 km away, which is called Maherida, but also there are several beaches like Tersanas, Kalathas, Seitan Limania, Marathi and Loutraki. All of them are organized, except for Seitan Limania and Maherida. - Provided the must-have beach essentials, like beach mats, diving masks etc. I am available all day long! I can provide you additional information for anything you may need during your stay! I am from Chania and I honor the traditions of the Cretan hospitality. The villa is located just outside the small coastal village of Tersanas which is located 1 km west of the village Chorafakia. Tersanas (i.e. boatyard) hidden in a small cove on the west side of Cape Akrotiri. The sandy beach with calm crystal clear water, make the area ideal for family holidays and not only. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and distinguished. Distances from villa to: - Chania Airport: 7 km - Chania City: 12.5 km The bus stop for the public bus service is about 0.2 km from the villa (roughly 2 minutes on foot). You can search for a route and buy your ticket online (search for e-ktel). - The "What a view villa" belongs to a complex.
