Quiet and private just minutes from all the hustle and bustle of Dover. Less than 10 mins from the mall or 20 from the Air Force base. Less than 10 mins from the Nascar track. A short 30 min drive to Delaware Turf Sports Complex. Quiet neighbors. Every room is a queen bed. Dressers and nightstands. Closets. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. We look forward to your stay! Fenced yard with doggie door for your pets! Pets require a small fee of $25 per night, per pet. Home is being decorated this coming week and will have a full scope of photos available VERY soon. Driveway parking to the right side of the property. Garages are off limits to guests, as is left side driveway to rear unit. Driveway can hold 2 cars. NO VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKED ON THE GRASS. We are only a few minutes up the road, so if any problems should arise (we've done our best to assure they do not), we are very close by to help resolve them! Private home on a side street. No neighborhood, but nice, quiet neighbors on all sides. Less than 1/2 mile from route 13. So easy access to everything local.
