VILLA YALITA | Unique Stylish Villa in Kea, Greece

A stylish Cycladic summer villa next to the sea, with a private pool: serenity & relaxation in Kea, an Cyclades island full of tastes, culture, trails, archeology, only one hour from Athens. Villa Yalita has 5 superb bedrooms (three of them with en suite bathrooms) and ambient outdoor spaces. On the top level of the villa you will find the living room (with the long dining table) and the fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor space of this level there is the sea-water pool (along with chaise longues and a shaded part) and the outside dining area (facing the sea and the sunset). There is also a stone-made outdoor bar and a BBQ. Then on the lower level, you will find the first four bedrooms, two of which master bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. The other two share the third bathroom. An additional fifth ensuite bedroom is also on the lower level, accessible from the outside, enjoying thus increased privacy. All bedrooms enjoy sea-views, even from the inside. On this level there is also a small kitchenette to prepare your coffee or tea, along with a second fridge. On the outdoor area of this level you will find director chairs with tables and comfortable wooden chairs, leaning back, to enjoy the view or the sunset. A large shaded area will shelter you from the sun at its peak... Villa Yalita is certified as a vacation rental accommodation by the Greek National Travel Organisation. We kindly ask our guests to respect the hours that are officially quiet in Greece (common hours). These are from 15:00 till 17:30 and after 23:00. Experience and enjoy all the villa's indoor and outdoor spaces, ie. sea-water swimming pool, upper outdoor space, lower outdoor space, BBQ. We will be available on the mobile phone or email for anything you might need and see to it. Every time we can, we will be in Kea to welcome you and show you to the villa - we love to welcome our guests in person. Beaches : Picturesque Xyla beach is an 12 min drive from the Villa ( about 3,5 km ). Moreover, beautiful Otzias beach, an organised beach on the way to Vourkari, 9 km away from Yalites, is roughly a 15-20 min drive. There is also a private cove under the villa accessible by foot (2min) Commodities : To get your supplies etc. you will need to visit the port, Korissia, which is a 10 min drive from Villa Yalita at 3,2km. Island overview : Preserved for the time of mass tourism and frequented mainly on weekends and August by the Athenians, Kea is condensed into what Greece has much to offer to tourists: beaches and coves with clear water, typical villages looking just like postcards (you must see Vourkari, small marina and fishing port, or Ioulis the central village perched on the mountain), many taverns where you can eat very well or simply pass time at the water's edge, a cultural life punctuated by the summer festivals, a dense network of hiking trails, especially nice in the green of spring or fall, ancient places to discover with the soul of an archaeologist (do not miss the walk to Karthea), some remains of Venetian architecture, dozens of churches, rural life preserved and local products, neither too much nor too little craft shops, a wilderness swept by winds (much of the east of the island is classified as natural park), magnificent views (on a clear day you can see from the heights a large part of the Cyclades), and of course people particularly pleasant, total absence of crime and the sun half of the year. Parking: Inside the complex there is shaded parking space for one car. Villa Yalita's parking is the one further right as you enter (see photo). If needed, a second car could fit either behind the first one or a bit further up the ramp. The property is cleaned systematically, following in full the recommendations of the Greek Center for Disease Control & Prevention and using an in house steamer cleaner and recommended cleaning products. Villa Yalita is in a complex of just four villas/residences, the one independent from the other (separate entrances, separate boundaries, common parking area), which were developed together for aesthetics and uniformity reasons.
