Cozy Basement Appartment ☀️

Cozy and Big 70m2 basement appartment. Placed in the middle of a nice little town with acces to shops and cafes. Own entrance, kitchen, bath and parking. Close to bigger cities Vejle, Horsens, Beach, Forrest, Legoland, Waterpark, Zoo... Bus just outside the door and train 3-4 min Walk. Part of a Cozy renovated old House from 1950. Room for 4-5 people. The appartment has all you need and so far we lucky enough, only had satisfied visitors :-) Own entrance. Own Parking. 3 rooms with kitchen, 4 person dining area, 1 person Bedroom with bathroom (room for a madrass), Living room with double bed. Washer & dryer, wireless internet etc... As a danish Family We live our selves upstairs, so during the normal work week/weekends we are allways awailable if you have any needs or questions. During summer we might be on vacation and the Contact could be limited :-) Cozy little town with all shops, supermarkets and cafe's. Hedensted is close to Legoland, Waterparks, Beach, Forrest, Golf course, H.C Andersen's home, Zoo etc... Bus are just outside the House and only 3-4 min Walk to the train. The big cities Vejle and Horsens are just 10-15 min drive away. Own private park outside the House. Busstop just outside the door. 3-4 min Walk to the train. 2 km to the nearest highway exit. 30 min drive to Billund AirPort (where you also find Legoland) you can take bus/train from there to here. 1 hour drive to the German border. 2 - 2,5 hour drive to Copenhagen. No pets allowed and it is Inside a non smoking House :-)
