Located not far from the Hagley Road which leads into Birmingham City Centre. Plenty of local parks & amenities close by. Traditional 3 bedroom semi detached house with garden to rear. Street parking available. Located close to local amenities & the M5 motorway. Only 6 miles from Birmingham City Centre which is easily accessible by car, bus or train. Rowley Regis train station is located 1.25 miles away & has ample free parking plus a cycle hub & Langley Green is located 1 mile away both providing trains to Birmingham, Kidderminster & Worcester. Sandwell & Dudley is 2.5 miles away with trains direct to Wolverhampton, Birmingham New Street, Birmingham Airport, NEC, Coventry & London, it has ample free parking. Birmingham University in Edgbaston is located within a 20-30 minute drive as is Sandwell Hospital, City Hospital & Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The number 49 bus provides access to the town centre of West Bromwich. Guests can access their own private room with TV, kettle, coffee / tea making facilities, cool box (available on request) & large desk offering a remote working space. Shared bathroom / WC, kitchen, lounge, dining room, back garden with patio area & seating. Hot tub a available for an extra fee (£10 per hour) please ask in advance (24 hours notice required) so as to ensure it is heated - 4 seats with 1 lounger, lights, two sets of jets & Bluetooth connection for music with built in speakers. I am happy to socialise with guests & as a host for Meetup I am familiar with meeting new people. I enjoy watching films & cooking. We are located close to local parks, shops, a handful of bars & restaurants. Birmingham City Centre is easily accessible by car & public transport. The neighbourhood is nice with most people having lived in the street for years. The Royal British Legion is located just over the road. There is a 24 hour ASDA within a mile & an Aldi open till 10 pm Monday to Saturday. McDonald’s is within a mile & KFC approx 1.5 miles. Rowley Regis train station is easy to access either on foot, bike or car. There is a local bus stop 5 minutes walk away. We are located 5 minutes off the M5 motorway. We have a small / medium family dog that is very friendly & I have one son who is a student that enjoys playing & watching football, playing on his consoles & riding his motorbike. He also enjoys repairing motorbikes & is currently at college doing a welding course. Early check in or late check out can be arranged if required by separate arrangement & subject to availability.
