Authentic House in the Countryside

Quiet neighborhood, house is in a small village with a good view over the danube river. Very good situated - 5 min to St. Valentin - Highway A1 and B1 very near. Train Station in St. Valentin. There is a fully equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemachine, cooker, water boiler.... There is also a washing machine and laundry racks. Garden and terrace directly in front of the house with a place to sit and sunshade. We live right next to the house in about 100m distance. There are some parking slots next to the house. Train Station is 5 min away in St. Valentin. 4 automated Pelletsheaters are warming the house. Guests just have to refill pellets in bags. Pellets are stored in the house. Warm water comes from an electric heater and is independently and always available.
