A lovely simple semi detached 2 bedroom bungalow, situated on a quiet private road in the heart of Derbyshire. From its courtyard garden Sunnyside over looks the beautiful Amber Valley and is a superb place to locate yourself for exploring the local countryside and towns such as Matlock, Belper and Cromford. Sunnyside A is a semi detached bungalow, on a private road in the village of Crich. Inside is a spacious lounge with a sofa, chairs, TV/DVD and fantastic views across the valley. The kitchen diner has all guests need to prepare meals, you don't need to bring any salt and pepper! The bedrooms have open wardrobes and comfy beds. Outside is a courtyard garden with a picnic bench over looking the Amber Valley. Guests have access to the whole of the property with parking for one vehicle at the front. Access is gained via a key box. Guests will probably not meet me however I am available at anytime, just give me a call.
