Custom made Shepherds hut for two with hot tub

'Shepherd's Delight' is a beautiful custom-made Shepherd's hut for two people. Ideally suited for cyclists, walkers and hikers with an abundance of walks and trails nearby. It is comfortable and cozy and right on the edge of the South Downs. Afterwards you can relax in the hot tub which is set into a lovely decking area. We welcome dogs and guests have the use of the front garden and their own private entrance. Also perfect for those summer evenings is the use of the Chimnea and a small BBQ. This Shepherd’s hut has been hand-crafted and cleverly designed with an electric bed, which, when raised up, provides seating and a table below and goes down when you are ready for bed. Provided is high quality White Company bedding and linen for your stay with elegant décor. This is fully equipped for your self catering needs with 2 ring induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery and local handmade crockery. There is a shower room, with good size shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, a WC and small sink. There is a small wardrobe to hang your clothes with full length mirror and hooks to hang your coats. Under the dining area seats there is further storage for your belongings and the dining table folds down when not in use. It is lovely and cosy with a sheep skin rug and faux fur throw and cushions. We have also provided for our guests, soft waffle White Company Dressing Gowns. You will be fully entertained with Apple HomePod mini that will play any music you like, LG Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV and Bluetooth that can play your music in the hot tub. There are enough plug sockets some with USB connections. We are happy to do any washing and drying of clothes from our house upon request. It is a lovely view from the large glass patio doors watching all the birds that visit the garden and distance views of the South Downs in the back ground. Located on Codmore Hill, Pulborough (the A29 which historically connects from Chichester to London), has been said as one of the most attractive villages in West Sussex. Nestled on the edge of the South Downs the views are stunning with rolling hills and woodland, so you are spoilt for choice on all the different walks nearby. Also which is very handy is a 5 minute walk to Sainsburys and a further minute is Tescos. There is parking in the driveway and an electric charge point for you to use. It is important to note that this is on a main road so you will hear traffic noise. If you don’t want to use your car there is a bus stop outside the property that takes you to Worthing, Billingshurst and the lovely town of Horsham. Pulborough has a train station and has direct trains to London and by car from here to Gatwick Airport is approximately 45 minutes. The drive to Brighton and Hove city is approximately 40 minutes and the drive to City of Chichester is around 30 minutes. Places to visit nearby RSPB Pulborough Brooks which is within the South Downs and open all year. Here you will see a range of wildlife, woodlands, heathland and is good for all age groups. Nutbourne Vineyards which is open from May to October and produces 7 different types of grapes. Parham House & Gardens which is beautiful house set in an ancient deer park. The four-acre walled gardens are stunning. There are some beautiful villages in surrounding area such as Coldwaltham, Petworth, Storrington, Fittleworth and Amberly is worth a visit. Please note that the front garden is not secure with gates as yet for anyone bringing their dog, but it is a good size front garden. Also our house is nearby (please see pictures) but we make sure guests feel secluded.
